This idea is a disaster in the making. The massive billboard will cause many distractions and be out of proprtion scale wise to the surrondings, overshadowing every other business.I strongly oppose this.

Don’t allow billboards where residents don’t want them. Same developer has pending cases in Marple, Newtown, Springfield and Morton.

Ugly and, more importantly, dangerous to the survival of pedestrians, especially our children and senior citizens, when drivers on Lancaster Avenue lose their focus on the road, distracted by a billboard advertisement.

My family and I live on Old Lancaster Roa near where the one horrendous billboard is being proposed we are against this and all billboards in our residential neighborhoods!
