Why do we need a giant billboard and it’s associated structure on to of these buildings? This is LANCASTER Avenue, not 476 or 76 or 95! Would the man who wants to do this want one in his back yard? I’ll bet the answer to that is a resounding NO!

Billboards would be an eyesore and extremely distracting to Route 30 traffic. It's already difficult to cross at Penn Street to get to church or the Acme. Please deny this proposal because it will open the door to vast changes for quiet and beloved Main Line neighborhoods.

This is a quaint town and billboards ruin the history and landscape and the desire. No to billboards!!

I strongly oppose billboards in our community. Billboards are for highways not for small quaint, charming communities.

What about more trees? Instead of more billboards? What about investing in permeable macadam? Some more trees and environmentally focused street improvements would help slow traffic and handle runoff, make additions that are innovative with a concern for nature, instead of all about $$$$ for business, what about $$$$ for the environment?
