The constitution must be amended as well as the Criminal Procedure Act, Act 51 of 1977 as amended. The Namibia Constitution is failing us the society . There is no room for murders in our society. Who on earth can leave in peace knowing the murder who have done the family harm is out there living as a free man?

all criminals deserve punishment. but murderers deserve to die. I see this has sparked hateful and discriminatory remarks of **blacks and whites** which is a reminder of how we need to stand in unity as Namibians. any racists out there.... you too deserve to be punished.... for the hatred you spread among our people. my condolences to the families that have been robbed off their loved one's in stupid crimes like house breaks and so called passion killings.
