these murders will not stop, unless stricter sentences and measures are imposed. For obvious reasons , a murderer may not be out on bail. Maybe it's time for the Death Penalty to be brought back. No matter what your background, skin colour etc, if you are found guilty of murder, you should pay with your life. Prison is no longer a deterrent.
