it is a shame and totally unacceptable that murder, house breakers are allowed to walk free on bail. That is banana republic.Is the state protecting murders or the defence less taxpayers ?

This shouldn't have happened especially not in our peaceful Namibia. Government and our Low system should make a example of the convicts and lock them up for good without bail.
