Dear [School Administration/Principal/Teachers],

We, the students, respectfully request a reduction in the frequency of auditorium sessions. While we understand the importance of school gatherings, we feel that attending the auditorium too often takes away valuable learning time, opportunities for creativity, and moments of engagement in our regular classroom activities.

We propose that auditorium meetings be held no more than once a month, allowing for a balance between important announcements and our academic and personal growth. This change would help maintain our enthusiasm for learning while ensuring that auditorium time remains meaningful and engaging when it does occur.

We sincerely hope you will consider our request and work with us to create a schedule that benefits both students and staff.
