Are all the people who complain about the traffic the same ones who speed down Caney Road every day? I also wonder if the person who started this petition signed a petition to stop their subdivision from being built. I didn't think so.

From everything I can tell online, this looks like a very nice development which will increase property values. I rather have this than another public storage place or other useless eyesore. As far as the traffic argument goes, it won't be as bad as you think. I bet everyone who signs this petition will frequent the place once its complete.

I am completely against this rezoning. Please do not give into the pressure of money. Instead, leave commercial.

We do not need apartments at our back door. It will increase crime and most of all our TRAFFIC that is already a NIGHTMARE!

Personally OK with developing this area for retail, quality condos, homes or townhomes I can also support, but higher density apartments I cannot support.

No apartments. This area is too congested as it is and apartments would add too much traffic.

No apartments. Apartments should be close to major arteries. At this location, this just dumps more traffic onto 141, McGinnis & Old Alpharetta.

High density development such as apartments are not in compatible with this community. We are family centered environment that invest heavily in our children and our schools. High density development brings in transient residents who do not share those values.
