and how are the overcrowded school and medical centre going to cope? Insufficient existing infrastructure for proposed new homes -this will blight existing property prices and 100's of applications to BDC for review of current Council Tax bands!!!

A really dangerous site for access and egress of traffic - on a very sharp bend which will entail 4 roads coming out at the same place and almost unsighted - health and safety must been informed asap.

The access road past the petrol station already is jammed up due to the new McDonalds and traffic coming from Yarmouth direction. Adding an additional 200-400 cars to that would be a complete disaster.
The Dr's already isn't taking more patients due to being in critical demand.

Have been a resident of brundall for many years although for the last 30 years working overseas I return home every three months and in the last 3to 4 years have noticed how quickly development is taking place in the villiage and norfolk itself. I strongly object to this particularly development for the following valid and justifiable reasons;
1 The villiage school and and doctors cannot cope with the additional increase in numbers.
2 This development was never in the original planning and all the develops including cucumber lane and the cricket field were pushed through on an individual basis without any concern for the overall regional planning.
3 I overlook srumpshaw road at the bottom end of the villiage traffic has grown consistently problem is although repeated request made no implementation of any speed restrictions.
4However the real problem with these types of developments happening in villages all over Norfolk is they are what this is described as;." A Housing Estate on the Edge of the Villiage", designed by the developer to make the most profit and to provide the councils with further income. If we are going to permit these developments they should be besigned to become an integral part of the villiages. Broadland Council and Norfolk county council are to blame for allowing this to happen they should take a look at Poundbury in Dorset a development of for over 10,000 people and see how it has now become an integral part of Dorchester.

Apart from the problem the dvelopment is to large for the villiage the sports fields will be used for further housing at a later date, it is called long term planning and very profitable for those concerned.

The school was not big enough when berryfields was built and the promised new school never built then, new houses have been built since, extra strain on the school Dr's ect

The are cannot support any more new houses. The doctors are pushed to their limits as are the schools.
The roads are jamming as it is,let alone with the addition of more cars from new houses.
Also the proposed site is on one of the most attractive views in the area.
So NO to this proposal, please listen to the folks who live here.
There must be other sites that would not have such a negative effect on our village.

Please NO MORE houses in the village. The doctors surgery and amenities are almost at full stretch let alone more traffic coming through and the roads are left with potholes that have just been patched up here and there so how can more houses with extra traffic help with the small community that's there?

This development will cause too much trafficking c on the already chaotic roundabout on the A47 Also there is undeveloped brown field sites around Norwich which should be priority for development not green spaces. The schools and the Drs will not cope with this.

I think all this development will erode on our life in Brundall. Doctors' surgeries, schools, roads, just cannot keep supporting all this development. We cannot get the trained teachers, Doctors, etc. fill the vacancies.

Our school and doctor surgery are already working under pressure. The village couldn't sustain another 200 families.
