This 'village' cannot cope with such an influx of people. The roads are bad enough at the moment, the doctors and schools can't cope. A ridiculous plan if ever I saw one!

This is a small village and doesn't have the road structures to support the volume of traffic this would create.

No our village cannot deal with more houses we have now had the pastures to deal with....our schools and doctors will not cope. Also where are the roads to these new planned houses going thee is no access. SAY NO TO THESE PLANNED HOUSES

There's not even room for anymore houses. I have had to wait 11 months to get my child in school because there's such a long waiting list! What a joke!

Our village is already overcrowded and this development will put yet another strain on its facilities. Access to and from this proposed estate onto Highfield Avenue is dangerous. This road is narrow and there have already been a number of serious accidents and many near misses. With the proposed extensive building planned for the Yarmouth Road in Blofield and the building already taking place in Brundall the two villages will shortly become one and lose their distinctive differences. Whilst it is accepted that people need homes more thought should be given as to where these are built and the impact on those already living in the village. Plans at exhibitions should also follow what will be presented for planning application and not be just a whimsical model that will not become reality.

I totally agree. The construction phase, alone, will have horrendous consequences on the local highways, increase pollution & have a detrimental effect on our local environment.
If the proposed development is built, our village identity will be lost.

The village of Brundall is already over developed with new houses in the Pastures and the Mallards never mind the proposed 170 houses on Cucumber Lane. Three housing developments in Blofield as well. The infrastructure wil not sustain another increase. The roads are already too busy with the roundabout a nightmare in the mornings. Doctors surgery is always busy and difficult to get appointments. The school will struggle to accommodate more children.. I don't want any more houses built in our village and the proposed 200 will have a huge impact on every resident.
