NO 2 DEEPWATER PROJECT NO 2 RESIDENTIAL ZONE CHANGES IN WILMINGTON!

Homeless people dont deserve anything! If they are homeless its a choice. There is jobs always hiring they’re just to lazy or drug addict. The only thing they do is vandalize and make it unsafe for the kids.

This is not safe. Homeless people are usually on drugs or have mental issues. Speak up Wilmington. This is not ok

We need to protest as a community make signs and let all news media know what’s going on around our schools! Homeless people are on drugs and have Mental issues and it’s not good around the young kids walking from Banning high school Not just that the traffic homeless people need help they need to be put in a housing unit where they going to get help they’re going to get school with Counselors to Help with drug addiction where they’re going to get professional help mental help, do not just throw homeless anywhere, they can build a homeless shelter! Not just anyway no it doesn’t happen that way they’re mentally ill people! Built it is the building where they can get schooling they can get help some of those homeless people really want to help themselves they just don’t know where to go to get it don’t just throw them just anywhere specially right there in Wilmington, why don’t you go build somewhere over there by the new park they just build on the west side by the projects There’s a lot of a banded buildings they can tear down put them over there there’s plenty of space!! not By a high school Where there is young kids.. what are you people thinking???

Im concerned about the project being built right next to the school.

My mother in-law lives on Sandison, directly north of the proposed shelter. My wife attended the public hearing and was very dissappointed by the lack of interest displayed by the panel towards the residents of the area that spoke. The city councilman Buscaiano failed to show up, which is an indicator he does not care to represent the needs of the residents of Wilmington. What was glaring to my wife was that not one person in favor of the shelter looked liked they live in Wilmington.

Why put it next to a school and a small street that has bad traffic?

This will be way to close to the high school and park.

There is no need for this building to be built, think about the chaos in regards to traffic, space and safety!!!!

This is probably one of the worst ideas Joe Buscaino has ever had. Why not put it near his home?? Or where his kids go to school?? why not put this home in his neighborhood?? It's so sad that this city has become the crap hole that it is. Its terrible!

Do not ruin the community by giving a place to the homeless. Stop giving hand outs. We don’t need this near our schools and children!

We have family here, little children and a school / a park. It’s a family oriented area , having the building near it all is not safe.

Dont make our neighborhood any worst by bringing more crime to it.

I’m against this project.

Bad location, too close to Banning High School, Banning Park, The Historic Wilmington Cemetery. It would be an eye sore to have this 3 story building in our residential community, kids from Banning high would be walking right past this location, Eubank has become a dump site, I personally have seen used needles and condoms on the ground from the times I have walked my dog, I worry this will only get worse If with we allow this to happen.

I’m against this project because it will affect people in the Wilmington community and my family members.
