This is not an answer but will seriously affect all downtown business. Don't kill the golden goose!

I don't live here but do travel here often. Implementing a parking time ordinance will result in loss of revenue for your town harming individual business owners lively hood. Instead why not look for areas to create more parking adding shuttle vehicles (golf carts, gators, home taxi services etc) this will help with traffic and assist with more jobs and income. Just a thought

I own 2 buildings in downtown and plan to live on E. Main St soon as my 2nd building is completed. This is NOT a good idea.

Property owner in Fannin County. I would not go to downtown Blue Ridge for any reason if this 3 hour parking limit is implemented. There's a better solution. No one that I've spoken with thinks this is a good idea. It will also hurt the festivals and events held in downtown.

I agree that more research needs to go into planning a long term solution before signing this parking limit into law.

P/T resident and limiting parking w/o making arrangements for public parking w/ a shuttle is a horrible idea.

I am not within the city limits but am a resident of Blue Ridge. I am opposed to parking time limits.

Doris & Bert Thompson, we DO NOT want 2-3 hour parking in Blue Ridge. This would stop people from coming to Blue Ridge and stop local people from shopping downtown. Where would the employees park that work downtown?

I do not want 2-3 hour parking. It's going to ruin the town and upset way to many people.

I was born and raised in Blue Ridge and It seems that those who want to impose a time limit on parking want to push locals and visitors alike to go somewhere else! I for one don't want to go downtown and have to set an alarm to remind me It's time to LEAVE! and stop spending my money at the local downtown businesses!

The working people have no where to park. Get a place for them to park and a trolley. This is going backwards!
