They actually did it and the benefits are finally going through which is just surreal honestly. I really did not think we would see this happen so fast despite how much those folks suffered for so long. Stay vigilant because we have to make sure the checks actually hit those …

I spent the morning reading through the stories you all have been posting here and honestly the sheer weight of what these families have endured is really hard to put into words. It feels like the halls of power are just ignoring the people who actually built their defense systems while they quietly bank money on those who are sick or dying. I am still pushing forward with the contacts I have made because we cannot just let this fade away into the background noise.

I have had breast cancer since I was 34. I had worked at Y-12 for 10 years prior. SEC PETITION 250 should cover everyone who worked at Y-12, especially before the Tiger Teams upped the anti and began closing down facilities and processes due to contamination and non-compliances to safety stardards.

I have been denied by DOL at least 9 times even though I have proven my illnesses . I have beaten them every time, and will continue to do so. DENY TIL YOU DIE, just like the 911 responders and chemical workers is the evil response given to those so sick and waiting to die. This is not the Government that will win. May they all rot in hell that have ruined our future.

Pay the benefits and quit making soooo hard on people who are in the middle trying to get approval for consequential illnesses. You worked there, you worked there, received benefits for Part B, cancer, turned around to file later for Impairment under Part E, I had to prove I worked there after already being compensated for Part B. Crazy
