There is a reason I decided not to go to this sixth form.

Sixth form is a massive step up academically from KS3 why should we have to have added discomfort through our clothing, clothing does not disrupt lessons (except in extreme cases) and has no effect on education but sending us home for it does

Not being able to wear t-shirts is stupid

It is unnecessary and quite frankly ridiculous.

I would further more like to point out that Mrs Mitchell herself had governor meetings, this included a variety of students, who appeals AGAINST! The change of uniform. It has come to my attention that a uniform lost has already come out which is outrageous considering you're asking for our opinions. We do not want a uniform to be 'office' wear we would like to remain how it is, a t-shirt or a pair of jeans are hardly going to distract us from learning, the same as piercings or rings etc.

they banned shorts and leggings when I was in 6 form, it was understandable but now they're trying to say that t-shirt is unacceptable !! I don't think clothing would affect study and education. The fact that the head teacher is trying to put pressure on students and stress them out because of what they are wearing, it's ridiculous :(

We have had to wear uniform since resection. Sixth form should enable us to feel more comfortable and free, adding a uniform won't allow this, I think that it should remain how it is. A uniform certainly does not appeal to me in the slightest of ways.

Let them have a choice of any clothing!

I don't have any office wear? And I'm certainly not going to be spending a rod tune of money on it just for school.
