NJLA’s three-year contract with Revel Entertainment Group has come to an end and the Board must now consider a site for the 2015 conference and beyond. We feel that this is an opportune time to state that we oppose patronizing any facility that is in conflict with organized labor.

Although we recognize that there many considerations and requirements to finding a suitable establishment for our annual conference, we feel strongly that it would be both unethical and strategically unwise to turn our backs on our sisters and brothers in other professions.

While NJLA will ultimately choose the location for the conference, please know that, we, the undersigned, will not cross a picket line to attend the conference and will not register to attend if a conflict appears imminent. NJLA can best serve its members by moving the conference to another location and we urge you to do so.
