4th Grade!!!!!! No, No it is not perfectly normal. Not to be taught in any school, any grade. If somebody wants to know what’s normal they can look it up themselves.

Stop This nonsense of teaching our children about sex in school especially the younger children. Parents should have the option of whether they want the school to do it for older kids in high school or they want to do it. This should not be mandated by the governor.
