That doesn’t seem to be a violation of any institutional rules, he simply walked and spoke his mind while someone filmed him. If they didn’t want that happening they should have told the cameraman to stop filming. But they didn’t, and now the institution is mad that an inmate is getting his art noticed and has a platform to express himself...so they are violating this man’s rights as a human being, point blank. This video was filmed on public property. This is wrong that they’re doing this. Please stand up for a talented NJ artist who doesn’t have his own voice right now.

The lack of transparency from the facility regarding these disciplinary actions remains a primary concern. I am currently reaching out to legal advocates who can examine the details of the incident and determine our next steps.

What possible reason is being given for punishing him with AdSeg time?? This is ridiculous.
How is this even allowed? Poor guy is just trying to express himself and they want to put him in the hole for it. Justice for Darryl.
This young man is very talented and bright mind, also bright future. Being locked up behind bars is doing the world a discredit.
