Give this man a chance. Addicts get ten times the chances to rehabilitate and murders get 10 years and walk the streets again. Child rapists get even less time and live among the rest of us. Everyone deserves a chance people change people get better!

I do believe in second chances and look at how many times God forgives us , of this man has changed his life for the Lord why not give him a chance I've seen people do way harsher crimes and get less time !!

Life in prison for non violent crimes is beyond measure, the man needs rehabilitation and treatment. Free Greg

Governor oh, we have all made mistakes in our life. There is no reason why Gregory cannot have a second chance at life. He is not a violent man nor did he commit a violent crime because nobody was hurt. Just imagine for one minute what it's like not to have your freedom. 20 years is far too long for such crimes. Free this man and make us proud of you governor. Do the right thing for Greg.

As a disabled Iraq combat Veteran and MP (Military Police) this is truly an injustice. President Clinton even vented his regrets with this three strikes bill and it should taken out of legislation across the country. This is just one of many travesties that this bill has affected across our great nation.
As a person that has worked in law enforcement my entire life, I can see the many injustices that this bill represents.
There are many politicians and more importantly, civilians of America that believe this bill is inhumane and not credible.
We could free up so many of our jails of people like Gregory who do not belong there for petty crimes for LIFE and put people that DO truly belong behind bars.
Please do our justice system a favor and review this case and point our country in the right direction... You can start right here with Mr. Bartholomew.
