financial support of this, in part, weak population is the right way to go , it is not only humanitarian but also save spending for inpatient treatments.

This is a bad idea. So many mentally ill can't afford service let alone homes to live in. It is a serious rip-off.

I have worked in the mental health field for 20yrs. Please do not take away funding that is desperately needed. We provide residential placement and groups at the day program to give these consumers a fighting chance at a good life. If you take away funding, they could end up on the streets or hospitalized.

We should not balance the budget on the backs of our most vulnerable citizens.

Please support those who are aware of their mental health issues & those who are NOT accepting of their Non-Treatment. Let's make it a top priority!

Mental Health Patients need health planning that enable them to succeed and not fail. Premature implementation of Fee for Service is a way to enable patients to FAIL.

As an employee of Vantage Health System, I see first hand the daily struggle of our clients to maintain their mental health. Please, do not take away their support system. Allow them to remain part of the community and to live with dignity with the help and support of local mental health facilities/personnel.

It is vital that the State of New Jersey make the necessary commitment to provide effective services for those living with a mental illness.

This is ridiculous and stupid. People depend on their medicine. There is so much crime due to mental health problems. This would be a huge mistake. I have insurance but I think that Community Health programs help so many people in need. We would all be affected by this.

Fee-for-Service has fees too low to keep agencies from continuing to operate. Some activities are not covered by Medicaid yet need to be funded for case management to be possible. One example is transportation to services and resources in the community.

NJ needs to find a way to ensure that people with mental illness, especially those with severe, persistent mental illness, get the ongoing care they need.
