Please delay fee for service until a better reimbursement rate can be reached. MH workers already give it their all for very little money to advocate for those in need of services. Let's not tie their hands even more.

At a time when there is so much misinformation at our fingertips, it is critical that the people are well-informed and take organized action - not only the voting public, but also our Legislators. It appears that those approving these funding decisions do not understand the numbers, let alone the stories behind them. Hopefully these efforts will bring the truth into the light and benefit the many.

Outrageous idea. Detrimental and dangerous to the affected population.

For our son if we went with fee for service he would lose his day program and that's the only thing the state pays for.

Think big picture. Indeed, many, many people will not be receive the treatment they need but also consider the consequences if this plea is ignored. The obvious consequences will be seen at emergency rooms, through our criminal justice system, at the VA, at homeless shelters, etc.

I have a son in a group home and he has lost most of his medical and behavioral care due to fees for services. providers will not accept low payments. Thankfully we have private insurance. The needs are great in the community.

In the short and long run, cost saving measures will not work if they harm or hinder the health and welfare of our citizens.

This plan does not account for people who will be unable to pay for the service and is being created by people who are not the ones to be most affected by the changes. It will be the direct providers of the services who will feel the negative effects of this new pay system. The increase in work and effort is be required of an already stressed system composed of dedicated individuals who are not working for the hope of major financial gains. Considering the recent increase in shooting which are attributed to individuals with poor mental health it would be negligent to further cripple and already limited system.

This would be very unfair to the clients. They need help and should not have to worry about the price they would have to pay. It is important in this world today that people need help and should not be concerned about dollars and cents. We all pay enough taxes for this to be continued.

Let's not break our community safety net!!! Rates need to reflect actual costs of professionals, provide them the tools to complete their jobs well so positive outcomes can be achieved!
