Quite frankly, Nintendo is hurting themselves and the Youtube LPs (Let's Players). The only thing they're gaining is just their purse from the major LPs, and even that is destroying them whenever they're making new things. The moment they censor something that they recently made, its hurting that exact same product. Get your damn act together Nintendo and start researching better.

Nintendo, claiming these Let's Play videos will eventually lead to your downfall. Backstabbing loyal fans won't help sales of the Wii U, only ruin chances of it taking off because we LP'ers only want to help the Wii U thrive but get rewarded from it not get slapped in the face for it...surly you understand that you are thinking backwards if you think LP's are lowering Wii U sales...please reconsider and let us continue getting revenue and try to help get more Wii U fans

I have just read from the US copyright page The first year a company can claim copyright infringement for Music is 1972 because that is the year they extended limited copyright protection. If we were to go by that Songs before 1972 should not be able to be claimed by a company.
