Night hunting is the most productive method of taking predators. I live in the country and can tell you we’re overrun. I haven’t had a fawn survive on my place in 4 years. Poachers will poach regardless of laws. Allow law-abiding citizens to help control our damaging predator population.

Life time kansas hunter...Kansas always slow to catch up with rest of the world...finally got smart and allow parents to take youth hunting before they go thru hunters safety course and have some understanding what is being covered

This will make it too easy for deer poachers to not only validate having the equipment but being out driving the roads in the middle of the night in November and December.
