I could see and understand both sides of this argument but I would like to see this pass as well. Good people will follow the legal process and the poachers will still do what they do and eventually get caught. I for one am for this. Just my opinion.

I agree the laws are outdated and need to be changed.

We need this to happen I have noticed the populations of coyotes growing more and more at the same time watching the decline of our small game animals such as quail turkeys and mainly the rabbits I would like to see this pass I only use it needed but we are way behind a lot of other states around allows artificial lights and such

Yes please let’s make it even easier for the night time poachers and harder for our conservation officers to determine what an individual is doing with night vision or spot lights hunting at night. No thank you. There are more than enough opportunities for hunting predators in this state. Without all this other crap.
