The election to choose the nation’s next President is to be held as early as November 2010. The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) said it would commence nationwide display of voters' register in all wards of the country from April to June 2010 in order to correct lapses as expereinced in Anambra state.

Good move by INEC don't you think? But hang on! As has been alleged in the February 6 polls (see our blog for the full details), if the voters' register is tampered with between June and November 2010, are we not right where we started?

Fellow Nigerians, there is no time to waste!

• We must act now.
• We must control what goes into the voters' register, so that we can protect what comes out of it - our vote and our future!
• We must unite and force government to do the right thing.
• We must insist on an independent validation of the Voters' Registers using the National census data.

We only ask for two things:
