I sent three parcel of food items to New York, USA on the 23rd of March, 2015. Two parcels were delivered while one is yet to be delivered since then. I have called NIPOST office severally, they kept on telling me it has being sent, the tracking system revealed that too but the recipient in New York is yet to receive it and she has visited the post office countless time. I notified NIPOST office that sent the parcel but they did not take me serious at all. I was asked to keep tracking and call the New York office. I don't know what else to do. This is four month gone, I paid N61,700 to send the missing parcel and the item worth 55,750. URL to track is www.usps.com and the tracking number for the missing parcel is CP911988942NG. This is very rampant in our Governmental Agencies in Nigeria. Workers don't take their duties serious because of inefficient monitoring system. Enough of we paying for a service in Nigeriaand we can't be rest assured it will be delivered in due time, if additional fee is not paid for an in-house member to monitor the process for you. I will appreciate prompt response as this will build more confidence to patronize Nigerian Government owned services.
