I believe that Nigel Collins deserves to have a fair opportunity to be voted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame in the “Observer” category by having his name included on the ballot. Regardless of whether I feel that he is deserving of induction, his body of work in boxing over the last four decades as a member of the boxing media is at least worthy of Hall of Fame voters’ consideration.

The International Boxing Hall of Fame continues to ignore the undeniable legacy of Nigel Collins by keeping his name off the ballot. Their stubborn silence is a slap in the face to anyone who respects boxing history and honest journalism.

Please include Nigel Collins in the list of candidates for induction into the Boxing Hall of Fame. Besides having devoted literally decades to the sport, he is still to this day the finest writer in the boxing. plus a dedicated boxing historian.
Nigel Collins should be considered in the "Observer" category because of his hard work over the years as a journalist.
To whom it may concern, Nigel Collins is a standout candidate for the observer catagory. He resume in boxing journalism is second to none and he continues to serve our incredible sport to this day. If there are member media enshrined in the International Boxing Hall of Fame, and there are, then Nigel Collins should stand alongside them.
I'm stunned we need to sign a petition to get Nigel Collins ballot consideration. This is a no-brainer.
Let's hope the IBHOF acknowledges Nigel's contributions to the fight game. It would be a well-deserved honor.

Nigel Collins is one of the finest boxing writers I have ever met to whom the integrity of the sport is paramount. His work is truly remarkable. Besides, he is a remarkable human being. Its gentlmen like Nigel who need to get the recognbition they so richly deserve.
