Finding a really good teacher is very difficult sometimes, especially if you are already disappointed about the education system as a whole. A levels are very important qualifications and we would like to get the most of it. Nick, you have made us work hard since the first lesson and this hard work has paid off in our AS grades. Although, these grades are the product of the students' efforts, your teaching style has helped us to achieve them. That's why although we respect your decision to leave the college, we want you to know that we would like you to stay.

I never imagined so many of you would feel the same way about losing a teacher who actually cares. Every time I see a new name appear on this list I am reminded that this is really your effort and your commitment to our education that makes this matter.

Everyone is panicking about the new system. We need you to stay so we dont fail our finals.
Please dont go Nick. You actually make the lessons interesting and none of us want a random replacement this late in the year.
