Dear Manager of Nibe & Mr Peter Cerny (Export Manager), We, the customers and end users of your NIBE fighter air source heat pumps in the UK, are demanding that you: a) Obtain 2 independant surveys to demonstrate the efficiency of your NIBE systems when operated in the UK. b) Refund your customers for the installtion and provision of equipment of NIBE related products in the UK (whether this is private owners or housing associations) so that we can be provided with a working, efficient alternative. We are extremely unhappy at the high costs (3 x national average +) in most cases, and the NIBE Fighters do not provide adequate heat and hot water. In this particular cold spell, it has been -7 degrees outside. Our ventilation units are sucking in freezing air into the properties, which is not being heated, just circulated even more. Most people are suffering a cost on average £9 per day in this cold spell. If nothing is done in our request for this information we will as a collective, be more than happy to take it to court.
