Niantic allow legitimate android root users to play PokemonGO!

I'm a rooted user wanting to play pokemon

Blocking all root users will never stop cheaters and encourage pirated versions of your great app to begin to circulate.

I see players spoofing and botting everyday who are unrooted. Banning rooted players is not the solution to stop cheating. Please change how you are stopping botters and spoofers so I can play a game.

A game that uses this level of "security" is hardly worth the trouble. The nostalgia value I get from playing isn't worth having to jump through so many hoops to keep my rooted apps and Xposed customization (meaning statusbar colors and the like!). Please allow root again.

Legitimate rooted users are being punished with SafetyNet's implementation in Pokemon GO. Niantic, please reconsider using SafetyNet, and instead focus on the people botting and spoofing in some other way so that us legitimate rooted users may continue playing the game. - Sincerely; a rooted customer.

Pls unlock root phone to play POGo

This punishes legit players with rooted phones while doing little to curb cheating, as the vast majority of cheaters do it on their PCs. Shameful, stupid, shortsighted actions like this make me lose confidence in a company and not invest actual money in a game.

Root users should not be blocked from playing pokemon. Cheaters should be blocked.

I don't root my phone but I know a lot of people who do and I know they're not cheating. It might be a good way to get rid of a lot of cheaters, but it's a *really* good way to screw over lots of well-meaning non-cheating players.

By the time this war runs its course, Android will surely be crippled, its user base divided, and its enthusiast development community gone up in smoke. No video game is worth the sort of backwards progress that a war like this promises to bring, and the only party which doesn't stand to suffer irreparable damage is also its primary motivation: Nintendo.

Allow safety net checks to log but do not stop login from going through. we "fixed the glitch"....

If I buy a device it's mine and I'm the boss of it. If I want to be root and disable retarded stock provided software as superuser that's my right! I'm not playing this game anymore dirty power hungry company!
