Rosa Park's words are powerful and inspiring. It is important to be aware of class and white privilege and bias so as to work towards leveling the playing field and break those barriers down, working to achieve more equality & equity, moving towards greater tolerance and genuinely greater embracing of diversity, and making sure voices from all cultures and walks of life have a seat at the table, to help day by day to make the world a better place, even if it starts at the grass roots level. I'm glad to be part of NCCC where anti-racism and EDI talks and initiatives are growing.
