As a nurse and a member of the healthcare team it is an absolute disgrace that we even have to petition for this. We took an oath to care for our patients, our community. When did we steer away from putting health above all else? This is unacceptable and it is against our code of ethics, morals, and purpose. I sign this petition to stand with my fellow brothers , sisters, mother and fathers, neighbors, friends, mi comunidad to remind healthcare providers of their responsibility, their moral duty and to support healthcare providers in providing the best and most effective care possible for our most vulnerable community members.
