It’s a common practice in High Schools across the US for upperclassmen to be able to invite lower class men to Prom. Military children are already forced into un ordinary High School experiences through moving so it feels unjust to take away from a more normal and enjoyable Prom.

We have two Juniors, this impacts one of them. He would like to be able to bring his girlfriend of 7 months or he is refusing to attend prom.
