I strongly Disapprove of Bill 70. Microblading is tattooing. The term microblading is just a style of eyebrow tattooing.

Passing HB70 would be an absolute mistake. Cosmetologists and estheticians can get licensed to break the skin and implant ink into the dermis if they want to perform permanent cosmetic TATTOO procedures. I can't believe this bill has even been proposed at all. These procedures are by every definition tattoos, it should be required that one is licensed in tattoing to perform "microblading" and all other permanent cosmetic procedures.
