I was date raped years ago, and there was NOTHING good about it. This guy is an ass, and maybe he should be raped and then let everyone know how "good " it was

As a sexual assault survivor, I can personally attest to the importance of services for victims and survivors. Please make this a priority!

Unfortunately this attitude is not restricted to New Hampshire. "...rape isn't an absolute bad..." isn't far from "...you can do anything...grab them by the p___y."

No excuse -NONE for this coming from an elected official! Has he no females in his life he cares for? How would he feel if any of them were raped and this is what the firey responders or rape counselors said to them. He needs to go!

Robert Fisher appears to be a fine specimen of the 21st century caveman. He is a law maker? How disappointing. If this is the attitude of New Hampshire Lawmakers you folks are in trouble. He needs to be sanctioned by his peers for appearing to support or justify a felonious act.

Although I do not live in NH, I have children and grandchildren who live there. They deserve to have sexual assault services funded and available in the event that the unthinkable happens. Do the right thing.

I am amazed that the great state of NH would consider keeping someone in power who clearly thinks rape can somehow be positive, he obviously has never worked with a victim at 2.a.m in absolute trauma so that someone else can "feel good" Disgusted!

Rape isn't about sex, it's about power. And if more govt officials understood that, then comments like these won't trigger any MALE OR FEMALE OR GENDER QUEER survivor, such as myself.

What an absolute piece of sub-human garbage. This sorry excuse for a "man" should be nowhere near any governing body.

Remove Fisher from office. His way of thinking is not human or even anti-women.

Please fully fund all NH DV and sexual assault support agencies. They do life saving work everyday and are there for victims when nobody else is. Do your jobs and do what's right.
