There are more men like him in nh politics. They are the ones that are trying to eliminate all accountability for perpetrators of mens violence against women and
children. They are the ones that have advocated for the harm of nh's women and children by convincing other legislators that men convicted of dv can be good 'fathers'.

It is disgusting and very disturbing that a Congressman would say such a thing.

Robert Fisher's work against women is reprehensible and he does not deserve the honor of representing New Hampshire in any elected office.

Rep. Fisher's comments are despicable and show that he is not only unworthy of a seat in New Hampshire's government, but also that he is unworthy of a place in society among decent people. NH deserves better and must do better if he is to be an example of what our state offers its residents.

He refuses to resign; he should be brought before the House Ethics Committee and publicly censured.

This is an outrageous and inappropriate comment. Reprehensible! He needs to resign.
As a victim of rape; I can assure you there was nothing positive about the experience for me.
Perhaps the representative would like to subject himself to such a situation beyond his control to see if he feels any differently about it.
Unbelievable!

Anyone base enough and lacking empathy enough to make light of rape, has no place in leadership or the state of New Hampshire.

Get him out of office. He doesn't represent us. He doesn't stand or believe in what those of us living in this state believe
