Since we no longer tar and feather, is it appropriate to horse whip this man?

Horrifying. We need representatives who actually represent the interest of the people.

I can't understand why a man would think this. I'm in Oregon, and someone like this would be recalled in no time.

I have nieces and nephews growing up in NH, this is unacceptable to have a state leader, someone of influence spouting such disgusting words for children to listen to. Rape is illegal, period. Just because someone likes something-doesn't make it ok, just look at serial killers and child molesters, just because they get enjoyment from the other persons pain, does not make it OK. I am beyond disgusted and shocked, and can only hope and pray that this awful person is removed from his place of influence.

What a disgrace to our nation's government. Take this man out of office and check his computer! He probably has something illegal and disgusting on it.

Rape is never acceptable and I am ashamed to have a state representative in New Hampshire that has such blatant disregard for women! Send him back to the cave he crawled out of!

To bad he can't live in the body of a rape victim and learn how it affects all aspects of a woman. Run him out of town on a rail. He is despicable!

No one with this attitude should be in public office; critically offensive and extremely unacceptable!

According to Rep Robert Fisher's illogic, if a sociopathic murderer enjoys killing, then killing isn't all bad!

This statement is insulting to all victims of rape and will not be tolerated by any woman. This person making this statement has no place as a representative of the people.

This man should be in prison, not government office!

This man should be impeached. If he said "murdering isn't so bad because it probably makes the murderer happy", people would be outraged.

This has rendered me speechless.
