This person's bizarre comments reflect a deep misunderstanding of sexual assault. His position as a lawmaker puts him in a position of authority. Services for survivors of sexual assault should certainly be increased in a state which places this person in a legislative position.

Obviously more prevention funding and work is needed if citizens like Rep. Fisher not only have such views, but feel they can make such outrageous statements with no repercussions.
