I stand with the claim of Ngati Hine, they have very valid points in their proposal for communication with the crown. Maybe the crown should give Ngati Hine, full control of the crown assets, that way the crown can approach them with any claim issues it may have with someone else controlling all their assets because it’s easier to manage, than having someone rightfully be given control of what it totally ‘theirs’. Or the crown could acknowledge the claim by Ngati Hine and bring integrity to the situation for all.
