We reject the evolved mandate proposal in its entirety as it does not support or allow Hapu Tino Rangatiratanga or allow for the Mana of the Hapu to be exercised or strengthened. It demonstrates crown unwillingness to answer for historical crimes in any way, shape or form, preferring dictatorship over procedings and a cheap, meaningless engagement which can only lead to further pain and injustices
