Complaints seem to be unattended and a random excuse sent via e-mail, the time frame should have an answer by now. Please recify as many people are feed up with continuing problems.

Kixeye ...hunts down hackers/cheats all day everyday!!..They ban them for life despite what they spend or what they did......You need to do updates so hackers can't keep up!!!
