To, The Honourable CM, Govt. Of Assam. Respected Sir, The MDC, Assam has long been bereft of a sincere, righteous, selfless, well-qualified and capable leadership in the capacity of its Chairman. Many projects and development programmes meant for upliftment of socio-economic conditions of Manipuri Society of Assam have not yielded the desired results due to lack of commitment and sincerity on the part of the people at the helms of affairs under the previous dispensation. Now, it's high time to search for a Person who is not only capable of taking responsibility but also mentally fine-tuned to discharge selfless service to the Manipuri Society of Assam in particular and the people of Assam in general through the coveted post of Chairman of the MDC, Assam. Considering his not only educational profiles and socially oriented activities but also his mental make-up of High Thinking and Simple-Living coupled with philosophy of Positive Action in life for fellow beings, I find none other than Dr. Phuritsabam Biramani, the Journalist, the Social Activist, the Feminist and the Lover of Literature as the most suitable and capable candidate for the post of Chairman of MDC, Assam.
