We the undersigned consider the vote presented on December 6, 2015 regarding Rev. Bill Heller’s continued service to Unity Fellowship Church procedurally incorrect under both the Contract Agreement dated Jan. 1, 2015, and the Bylaws adopted January 24, 2010.

WHEREAS, the Contract Agreement automatically renewed unless intent to not renew was given sixty (60) days prior to the end of the Contract (i.e. October 31, 2015) {Paragraph 8.c}; and

WHEREAS, the Bylaws require a majority of votes to pass a resolution, unless otherwise provided therein {Section 3.05 (g); and

WHEREAS, the motion presented at the December 6, 2015 Special Meeting to extend Rev. Bill Heller’s contract was in violation of the Contract’s automatic renewal provision; and

WHEREAS, requiring a two-thirds (2/3) majority was in violation of the Bylaws;

THEREFORE, in accordance with Section 3.05 (b) (3) we petition the Board of Directors to call a special meeting, for the purpose of voting on Rev. Bill Heller’s continued service as minister of Unity Fellowship under these conditions:

• 1) The motion is to not extend the contract, and
• 2) A majority of votes is required to pass the motion
