Petition to keep our teachers in school

From the students at Angier Elementary School.

Dear Mayor Fuller, School Board, City Councilors, Dr. H and everyone who makes big decisions.

We are students at Angier Elementary School, and we are sad to hear that our teachers might have to leave because of budget cuts. We love our teachers and don’t want to lose them. They make learning fun and are always there to help us. They come up with interesting ways to help us memorize sometimes through a song and even through a game. It’s not fair that someone so amazing must leave because there is not enough money. We hope that the city can find enough money to keep the teachers here.

We hope you can find a way to help us keep our teachers because that would mean a lot to us.
