This is a petition to try and convince Serebii Joe to get a new damn server. It keeps going down and he's too cheap of a bastard to pay for a new one. He keeps ignoring it and putting it under the rug and now that site keeps getting bigger, more traffic for the forums. Help convince Joe to get a new bloody server.
