As much as i wanna TPL's resignation, I know it is not happening. Because of various complications. However, I reckon we can petition for a structural change in NEW minister's pay range. For those new ministers like TPL, they should go on probation for 1-2 years. Probation pay is around 5K. They will be titled Probation minister. After passing the assessment period (just like any MNCs), then they can be allowed to increase their pay to ministers pay.
