This petition is for all the agents/associate brokers that belong to the Greater South Real Estate Information Network (GSREIN) to change the rules that prohibit real estate agents/associate brokers from having agent level IDX feeds so that we are considered Independent Contractors and are permitted to build our own web presence, develop our own content on our websites and blogs, are freed of rules and regulations that prohibit our ability to be small business owners. A rule change to allow Participant/Brokers to make the decision to allow agent IDX feeds for their own offices is an acceptable option.
