Samantha Gerbeau helps heal the ills of humanity. She is a food advocate and eco-health promoter. In 2004 she wrote a book for children called The ABC's of the Real Treat! and with some funding made her dream come true when she was able to publish it and provide 15,000 children between the age of 5-7 years old a copy of her book to help teach them about fruits and veggies. Samantha is a native of Newfoundland and Labrador and grew up learning about the sea as a main source of food for our well being. Spending her formative years in Barbados, WI. she was able to learn a great deal about fruits and vegetables and sugar. While observing the propaganda tactics of Animal Rights Groups and NGO's upon the North Atlantic Seal Hunt long before Premier Danny Williams invited McCartney to Newfoundland and Labrador, she decided to speak out in favour and support the Seal Hunt as a mother, a woman, a Newfoundlander and Labradorian, and an author of natural food as the number one preventative medicine. In March of 2008 she tried inviting Sir Paul McCartney to Newfoundland and Labrador to learn the truth about the seal hunt and how it is one of the best managed hunts in the world. Sir Paul never replied to Samantha, and she is not surprised - she still considers his latest move to falsely speak for PETA in China and Hong Kong about the seal hunt, shows his true nature to further damage a fragile eco system by falsely accusing the North Atlantic Seal Hunt as a barbaric hunt with no value - all false facts with no scientific backing for emotional rights over survival rights.
