Replace shopping bag with paper bag handle . And stop charging for bags we need bags I if you don't so leave plastic bags till 2020

Newcastle can be a leader in this space. We need to discourage single use plastics in our city. The impact on our oceans is atrocious. It's time to act now.

I absolutely support a ban on all single use plastic. The effects on our ocean and sea/bird life is devastating.
