A new solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict

I propose a largely unknown solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, one that both sides can live with. I propose a humanitarian regional solution in which all Palestinians and Palestinian refugees gain financial compensation in exchange to immigrate permanently on an individual basis. Palestinians in the West Bank suffer political repression by the Palestinion Authority and Hamas. The Palestinian economy is largely dependent of foreign aid grants, most of which funds PA leaders' lifestyles of leisure. Decades of corrupt leadership has exploited them like pawns in the war against Israel. Many have been killed for the impossible task of obliterating Israel. Very few want to remain, and would leave if they could. 7,000 Palestinians leave each year, and the immigration of educated Palestinians is producing a "brain drain" in Palestinian society. An opinion poll shows that only 15% of West Bank residents would choose to remain if offered a compensation package. Hamas, which will inevitably take over the West Bank, will be even worse, as is seen in the strict Sharia law and constant brutal political witch hunts in Gaza. If Israel offered a compensation package to each Palestinian family, they would show up not as impoverished refugees but as affluent emigres, and with the granting of citizenship, would no longer be stateless persons. Palestinians are ethnically and culturally Arabs. They are not an ethnic group, but rather a regional group of Arab people. The term "Palestinian" can be used the same as "Syrian", "Jordanian", or "Saudi Arabian". The "Palestinian people" used to be "Palestine Arabs" and then "Arab Refugees", until the PLO was founded in the 1960s. As a result, Palestinian immigration will not be the end of any nationalist dream. The Palestinians are Arabs, and can find refuge in Jordan (already 80% Palestinian), or can even move to the Western world for a better lifestyle. (Opinion polls have consistently shown that most apparently are not nationalist enough to want to stay behind anyway). Such a solution would be the best one for Israel to. If most Palestinians left, Israel could annex the West Bank, and grant citizenship to the few who stay behind without endangering itself demographically. The West Bank is necessary for Israel's security: without it, there is no strategic depth. A sniper perched on the Samarian hills has a birds-eye view of Tel Aviv, rockets can hit the most densely populated Israeli areas, and the 1967 borders are practically indefensible to invasion, given Israel's relative size. If the West Bank were annexed, then the settlements would be a part of Israel. Unlike the Palestinians, the settlers have no desire to leave. Their leadership has managed to build thriving communities, and they don't want to go anywhere. Once this is achieved, Israel will be more safe. More Jews will immigrate to Israel, and new settlements will be built in what is now Israeli sovereign territory. This will provide a huge economic boost for Israel. Israel has the economic capability to do a large part of this, but if it doesn't, it request EU or US funding, and explain that this is the best solutioon for the entire region.
