This is an outrage! We as parents have the right to decide! So tired of the government policing personal decisions...how much fat can i eat, what size soda can i drink, etc. Where is the data that shows this is necessary? I know the one year my children got the shot...they got the flu anyway! This shot does not protect from all strains of the flu! I would like to know where the politicians got their medical degrees!

This is ridiculous! Where are our parental rights? THESE ARE OUR CHILDREN!!!! Trying to line the pockets of Big Pharma while stripping us of our rights as parents? We, as Americans, will NOT stand for it!!!!

I am 35 years old....never got the flu shot....neither do our children...This is our choice...It should not be mandated. This should remain a choice...

Hey. So I am thinking, and i dunno how feasible this is since you already put out the petition, but your cause would be embraced by a larger community if you approach it from the New Yorkers for Flu Shot Choice direction instead of New Yorkers against the Flu Shot. Vaccines are good,they do help stop and slow the spread of disease in communities, but the desire to be able to pick and choose what to give your kids is a big thing, so perhaps this should be viewed in the same light as smoking, create public awareness, educate the people, and then let them decide.
Only writing out of concern for your cause. For example, i support the notion that we should have a choice, but could not sign something that said against the flu shot in good conscience.

I have never recieved a flu shot and never will any of my children. I am a medical professional and see no benefit to this vax.
