This is a horrendous decision and based on political interests only. There are many other ways to combat flu and it's not the gov't right to infringe on personal decisions.

I am looking to move to PA to escape the strict vaccination mandates in NYC. I have heard that the religious exemption in PA is easy to acquire. The religious exemption can be a strong ethical belief also sort of like philosophical exemption. Have you heard of people getting the religious exemptions easily?

Parents have the right to choose which vaccines go into their children's bodies - NOT the government. If you don't let them into school without it, then the parents have the right to educate their own children. It's a shame politicians now think they are God and appear to think they are physicians as well. Shame on NYC law makers.

look at the ingrediants in the flu shot, thermisol and forymhaldyh, and to "guess" what strain to vaccinate against. my family will never have the flu shot.Bloombwrg is.worried about people drinking large sodas but it is ok to inject our children with an embalming agent?!

I've never had a flu shot. I am 55. I don't want the government interfering with parent's rights. I am thankful my children are now grown.
